Saltwater Crocodiles

Saltwater crocodiles also called "Salties" are the biggest crocodilians in the world.  These crocs live in Asia and Australia and are man eaters.  Some of these crocodiles can grow 27 feet long.  These crocodiles will wait at the waters edge, staying perfectly still and when prey walks past it the croc will drag it in the water, drown it, then eat it.  Salties will hunt anything it can catch, including humans.  These crocs have the most powerful bite of any animal. Their bite is 3,000 pounds of pressure per square inch.  The Saltie can rip through almost anything!
